People diagnosed with celiac disease must adhere to a gluten-free diet. Gluten is a protein found in grains like barley and wheat, which are common ingredients in foods such as bread, cereals and pasta. Eating gluten-free can be challenging, and finding restaurants with gluten-free menus can be difficult. The Detroit metro area has plenty of restaurants with gluten-free menu items. Add this to my Recipe Box.
