How to Lose That Ugly Water Weight Fast

Wouldn't you like to know how to lose that ugly water weight fast. We all have the problem of weight. Few if any are happy with their weight. Usually it is not a problem of too little, but usually too much!
There are several antidotes to the problem. Most are temporary. Whatever is causing your water weight will only go away if you change what you eat or your lifestyle that is causing it. Here are some tips for cleansing out what you wish to get rid of, Ugly Water Weight: Does this Spark an idea?

    Make sure that you have the convenience of a restroom nearby. Grapefruit juice is a dirutic. When you drink grapefruit juice, usually a cup will be sufficient to keep you going to the restroom to eliminate some of that water weight.

    You can have a grapefruit with breakfast every morning or several days a week. It is nearly as effective.

    I have also heard that cantelope is a dirutic. I have not tried that yet.

    You can also drink a lot of water. That will flush your system out. Again best to be near a restroom.

    Finally, a flush that works in about two hours and really cleans you out. Stay near a restroom with this one. Drink about a cup of salty water. It doesn't have to be really salty, just enough you can really taste it. This works in an hour or two and really goes right through. Also it is not approved by doctors or anything with the salt content so high, so you may want to check with your doctor before you do it. It is a very harsh method and may damage you. I am only informing you of the various ways I know to lose some water weight very fast.
