How to Lose Weight Fast Without Liposuction

Liposuction is a surgical procedure that removes fatty deposits. Cosmetic surgeons use a sectioning method to remove this excess fat from most areas of the body. Many people opt for liposuction because it gets rid of fat in one day. But all forms of plastic surgery come with risks and complications, not to mention various healing times and scars. For those who want to lose fat and have a slimmer body without liposuction there are ways to achieve that goal in a short period of time.

In the beginning you will gain weight because muscle is heavier than fat but muscles help to burn fat. These exercises can be done in just 7 minutes a day. The exercises are effective because they use the resistance of your own muscles against each other.

    Eat small 400 calorie meals. To increase your metabolic rate, eat small meals every few hours throughout the day. By reducing the amount of food you eat by 25 percent each day, you lose weight. Eating small meals helps you to lose weight faster than eating large meals of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Smaller meals at regular intervals improves your regular metabolic rate as it adjusts to the new eating pattern. Combined with eating high-fiber foods and smaller meals you probably won't notice you are eating less.

    Eat more fiber. Eating fruits and vegetables helps in weight loss. Fiber has more bulk or volume per calorie so high-fiber foods make you feel you have eaten a lot more than you actually did. High-fiber foods help you to feel fuller so you can eat less.

    Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Drinking water is very important for overall health because the body is mostly water. Water also helps to remove accumulated wastes in the body. Drinking a glass of water before each meal will help you to feel full before you even start to eat.

    Go on a one day fast. This is a good way to clean and detoxify your body. Do not eat any foods but drink plenty of fluids. Water, fruit juices and herbal teas are good choices. Protein shakes can also be used during a fast especially if you want to build up muscle.
