How to Transition to Dr. Oz's You on a Diet

If you've decided to improve your health and lose some inches off your waist, you may have looked into Dr. Oz's You on a Diet. Dr. Oz isn't so concerned about the pounds you lose on his diet, but about obtaining the perfect waist size: 32.5 inches for women and 35 for men. Transitioning one's diet to Dr. Oz's diet may be challenging, but it can be done with will and persistence.

Instructions

    1

Re-organize your fridge and pantry. Dr. Oz is not concerned with eliminating a whole food group to help shed the pounds, rather he believes that one should get rid of foods containing the following ingredients: high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, sugar, enriched flour and bleached flour.

    2

Start eating breakfast! Eating breakfast will jump start up your metabolism. Choose items like steel-cut oatmeal, whole grain cereals, egg white omelets or fruit.

    3

Start exercising, but start slow. If you are transitioning into Dr. Oz's diet, start off slow with your exercise and work your way up to 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity 5 days a week. Just work at your own pace.
