    Eliminate foods high is sugar, fructose, bad carbs, and increase your diet with foods high in fiber & calcium. Foods high in fiber are natural detox solutions that cleanse the body, including the belly and digestive track. When you incorporate fiber into your diet, like leafy green foods, you are removing toxins, poisonous build up and other fecal matter, and sometimes even parasites that accumulates in the belly. You don't want this build-up because it contributes to illnesses and diseases that can easily be prevented just by cleaning up (literally) your diet.

    Secondly, get familiar with the Mediterranean diet. The Mediterranean diet is known for its healthful attributes. Women in countries where this diet reigns supreme are overall healthier. Obesity, chronic illnesses, and ailments are limited along with the bulging bellies that come with it.

    The Mediterranean diet is high in extra virgin olive oil. Olive oil contains antioxidant that limits artery clogging and chronic diseases, like cancer. It has also been responsible for maintaining and small waistline because it reduces harmful buildup in the stomach.

    Omega 3 or flaxseed is a MUST if you want to get a slim trim waist. Like olive oil, omega 3 has been said to significantly reduce harmful build-up in the digestive system as well. Women with a diet high in olive and omega 3 fatty acids are you curvier types. Waist stay in ratio to the hips.

    And finally excercise is a must for a slender belly. No, there is really no way to avoid working out if you want to sport the belly top without shame. Besides you basic crunches and stomach excercise, pilates trains your abdominals well and keeps them firm, strong, lean and in shape. Pilates will make you sweat, but the results are well worth it!
