For some people, wheat poses a problem. Whether from Celiac disease, or a food allergy, these people may demonstrate symptoms such as abdominal crapping, fatigue and depression, among other things, when eating foods that contain wheat. From soy sauce and bread to cereals and processed food like frozen french fries, the majority of food products on the market contain some amount of wheat. It takes a little digging to find products designated as gluten-free and that are safe for the gluten sensitive.
