How to Stop Weight Loss

When someone mentions weight problems, obesity is typically the first thing that comes to mind. Undesired weight loss is often a result of an illness or pathology. Whatever the reason may be, unwanted weight loss can usually be controlled through healthy eating habits. If someone cannot contain their weight loss it is best to consult a physician for evaluation.

Instructions

    1

Begin to eat foods that are rich in nutrients. Buy more foods like lean meats, fruits, vegetables, whole-grain breads, beans and poultry. Throw away all the unhealthy foods that are high in sugar and fat.

    2

Try to eat between 2,000 and 2,200 calories a day. Aim to eat around four meals a day and two snacks. Maintain a high-calorie diet until you notice that the weight loss has stopped.

    3

Avoid skipping any meals, so that you get used to your new eating regimen.

    4

Ensure that you are getting proper sleep. Aim to sleep around seven to eight hours a night. Inadequate sleep can have a big impact on your weight, appetite and energy level.

    5

Begin a weight-lifting regimen, so that you can build muscle mass. Focus more on anaerobic exercises and not aerobic routines like running because they cause weight loss.

    6

Take a multivitamin for about two weeks. Take note of any signs that your weight loss has stopped.
