Fiber Free Diet

Fiber free diets are useful for people with chronic diarrhea who need either less fiber in their diet or need their body to digest the food they are consuming less. Don't stay on a fiber free diet for too long; fiber is an integral nutrient to live a healthy life. If problems continue, consult a medical professional.

Meat

Eating just about any kind of meat is acceptable on a no fiber diet; meat has no fiber. Lighter meats like chicken, turkey or salami are best because they have lower fat and caloric content than beef, pork or lamb. Beef or chicken broth is the healthiest for caloric content, though it won't help your solid waste much. However, most of these meats can't be eaten with popular condiments like ketchup or mustard; they contain fiber.

Dairy

Cheese and milk are fiber free foods that can be consumed regularly. Cheese is generally high in calories and fat, but there are healthy options like low-fat cottage cheese and certain kinds of cheddar cheese. Yogurt and sherbet are also low fat and caloric option that is a fiber free. With eggs, it's tough to eat them with healthy options, but hard boiled eggs have the lowest caloric content of any form of prepared egg.

Seafood

Most seafood has no fiber and is always health promoting food. Shellfish like clams, shrimp, and crab have the lowest caloric content of any seafood. You can serve seafood with melted butter, although that will make the meal high in fat and calories. Most fish fillets are low in fiber as well and promote health more than other packaged seafood like sardines and canned tuna fish.
