How to Drop Body Fat Eating Gluten Free

The gluten-free diet of Celiac Sufferers has now become more mainstream, with many experts suggesting that a diet void of gluten will aid in weight loss.

While a gluten-free diet for weight loss is still debatable, avoiding foods with gluten a few days a week may help cleanse your intestinal system, keep you eating clean or jump start a new diet. Add this to my Recipe Box.
