How to Lose Fat Fast?

What I will tell here is going to be true based on my personal experience.

Instructions

    1

    1) To lose fat productively you have to increase protein and decrease Carbs.

    2

    2) Jog or run on the tread mile early in the morning at a constant speed.

    3

    3) Do not go to sleep after eating. Wait 2-4 hours.

    4

    4) Walk after eating, at least 30 minutes to warm up your body.

    5

    5) Try drinking 1-2 glasses of lime or lemon water everyday (Concentrated or Natural).

    6) The most important thing of all is MOTIVATION!!!.

    7) Do light weight training and extensive yoga.

    8

    8) Get enough rest before your next day starts. (6-8 hours).

    9) Results will appear within the first two weeks if you do this 4 times a week.

    10) Set a goal. Always helps to move keep moving forwards and encourage and have will power to be dedicated.
