What I will tell here is going to be true based on my personal experience.

1) To lose fat productively you have to increase protein and decrease Carbs.
22) Jog or run on the tread mile early in the morning at a constant speed.
33) Do not go to sleep after eating. Wait 2-4 hours.
44) Walk after eating, at least 30 minutes to warm up your body.
55) Try drinking 1-2 glasses of lime or lemon water everyday (Concentrated or Natural).
66) The most important thing of all is MOTIVATION!!!.
77) Do light weight training and extensive yoga.
88) Get enough rest before your next day starts. (6-8 hours).
99) Results will appear within the first two weeks if you do this 4 times a week.
1010) Set a goal. Always helps to move keep moving forwards and encourage and have will power to be dedicated.
