Shrimp
One hundred grams of shrimp have only 2 g of fat and 1 g of carbohydrates. It also has a full 20 g of protein.
Fish
Any type of lean fish will do. A 159 g fillet of bass will have 4 g of fat, no carbs, and 28 g of protein.
Roasted Turkey
A cup of white roasted turkey meat will have no carbs, 42 g of protein, and only 5 g of fat.
Lean Veal
One hundred grams of lean veal will have no carbs, only 4 g of fat, and 35 g of protein.
Nonfat Cottage Cheese
An ounce of cottage cheese will have 3 g of protein and only 2 g of carbohydrates, with less than a gram of fat.
