The 3-Hour Diet is a trendy diet that has been featured on several talk shows and news programs. It involves the combining of foods from several food groups to keep the dieter satisfied and motivated to stick to the diet. Followers of the 3-Hour Diet have claimed to not only lose weight, but belly fat as well.

    Eat breakfast within an hour of waking up in the morning. A large part of the diet is the timing of your meals. If you eat at certain times of the day, the creator of the diet claims that it will boost your metabolism.

    Time your meals for every three hours after breakfast. This is where the diet gets its name. You eat every three hours throughout the day and then stop three hours before you go to bed.
