How to Lose Weight 3 Week Plan

Lose weight in three weeks by following a three-week plan. Follow three weeks of the same plan or three separate plans, all for one week. Change sometimes helps keep a diet going. Juice-fast, eat raw and eat your blood type to lose 10 or more pounds in three weeks. Stick with the process to not only notice weight loss but physical healing and more energy.

Instructions

Week One: Juicing

    Juice your way to greater health and weight loss during week one. Buy a juicer and commit to a week of juice fasting. Commit to a regimen to see immediate results. Juicing helps clear the body of stored-up, blocked waste.

    Make juices of vegetables. Determine which vegetables you like. Carrots and beets provide tasty sweetness to a drink that might otherwise be bland or bitter. Incorporate kale and celery for benefits not found in many other vegetables.

    Juice fruits for sweet tastes that balance the vegetable juices you're drinking. Fruits remain the tastiest and easiest option. Remove the rinds of citrus fruits before juicing.

    Combine fruits and veggies for a power-packed, flavorful treat. Experiment with combinations and write them down to reproduce them later.

Week Two: Raw Diet

    Go raw for week two of your three-week weight loss plan. Start immediately after your juice fast with a raw diet. Raw foods are in their natural state and have not been cooked. Keep your intake of raw food at 75 percent of your daily food to stay raw. Cook only when absolutely necessary and never above a heat of 116 degrees.

    Choose from fruits, vegetables, nuts, sprouts, grains, seaweed and seeds.

    Eat raw for at least a week. Go for two, if possible.

Week Three: Blood Type

    Get tested for your blood type if you do not know it.

    Transition to eating according to your blood type for the last two days of your three-week weight loss program or whenever you stopped eating raw. Follow the eating guidelines for your blood type.

    Avoid the foods on the never list and focus on eating more of the foods on the yes and sometimes lists. Continue to juice the fruits and veggies on your blood type list as an add-in to the solid foods.
