How to Make Gluten Gree Banana Bread

Mix together the bean flour, tapioca flour, cornstarch, xanthum gum, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, cream of tartar and salt.
2Combine the butter and the agave nectar. Mix thoroughly and then add the eggs. Beat thoroughly until the mixture is creamy.
3Mash 4 bananas (2 cups).
4Add the mashed banana to the egg/agave nectar/butter mixture.
5Add the dry mixture to the wet and mix thoroughly.
6Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
7Grease two loaf pans with cooking spray.
8Split the batter in half and put half in each loaf pan.
9Bake for 45 minutes and check loaf; if knife comes out of the middle clean, the bread is done.
10Wait for the bread to cool completely before slicing.
